Race Description
The annual Beer Mile is set to take place in Winchester, VA on January 1, 2025. This unique event combines running and drinking as participants consume a standard 12oz beer before each of their laps around a 1/4 mile course. With registration now open, the competition welcomes a mix of abilities and is highlighted by its fun and engaging atmosphere.
Participants must be at least 21 years old to compete in the alcoholic division, with a non-alcoholic division available for those aged 18 and over. Registration is limited to 70 competitors in the beer division and 10 in the non-alcoholic division, with a registration fee of $50 which includes a beverage and a race shirt. Awards will be given to the top three male and female finishers, as well as the first participant to vomit during the event.
