Race Description
The Apple Blossom 5K run/walk is set to take place on May 3, 2025, in Saint Joseph, Missouri. This popular event, sponsored by BFit CrossFit, will kick off the annual Apple Blossom Parade and includes a variety of races designed for athletes and fitness enthusiasts alike.
Participants can choose to compete in the traditional 5K race or take part in special team challenges, such as the Tandem Run, Burden Run, and Heavy Burden Run, which require teams to work together while carrying various fitness equipment. The event aims to raise funds for Sisters of Solace, an organization dedicated to helping women survivors of trauma and addiction.
