Race Description
The 60th Annual Turkey Trot is set to take place on Thanksgiving Day, November 28, 2024, at Camp Dodge in Johnston, Iowa. This longstanding tradition invites runners and walkers alike to participate in a festive 5-mile run, 2-mile run, and 2-mile walk, fostering community spirit while supporting local families in need.
Participants can register for the event online, with entry fees starting at $25 for those who register before November 21, which includes a long sleeve t-shirt. Medals will be awarded to the top finishers in each age group, and every participant can enjoy the fun of a family-friendly event while getting a head start on Thanksgiving festivities.
