Race Description
The University of Denver is set to host its 12th Annual Crimson Classic on Friday, October 18, 2024. This community-focused event will offer participants a chance to engage in a 5K run or a 1.5-mile walk, starting at 3 PM on Carnegie Green Lawn. Festivities kick off at 2:15 PM with music, stretching sessions, and snacks available for everyone.
Participants registered for the event will receive a commemorative t-shirt and are encouraged to arrive early to pick up their bibs and shirts. The day's activities will include water stations and a call for hydration to prepare for the possibly warm or rainy weather. The event aims not only to promote wellness within the community but also to celebrate Homecoming weekend at the university.
