Race Description
The 15th Annual Running of the Turkeys is scheduled for Thanksgiving morning on November 28, 2024, beginning at 8 AM in downtown York, South Carolina. This family-friendly event, hosted by First Presbyterian and Trinity United Methodist churches, encourages community participation and aims to provide support for local charities.
Participants are encouraged to bring non-perishable food items to donate to PATH during packet pick-up or on race day. The event has been a staple in York since its inception in 2010, promoting community spirit and raising funds for local assistance programs such as PATH, which has served the York community for the past 25 years.
