Race Description
The 11th Annual Delaware Tech Run, White, & Blue 5k run and 1-mile walk is set to take place on September 5, 2024, at Delaware Tech's Owens Campus in Georgetown at 6 p.m. This year's event will honor local hero Thomas Wilson Berry III, paying tribute to his sacrifice for the community. Participants are encouraged to register now at go.dtcc.edu/run5k to be a part of this meaningful occasion.
The race aims to benefit scholarships for veterans and first responders, and participants will enjoy a flat and fast course through Delaware Tech's campus. Registration is currently open, with early bird rates available until July 20, and various pricing options for veterans and students. Following the race, there will be awards for top finishers in several categories, along with refreshments and a post-race celebration.
