10th Annual Chimpathon 10k and 5K

The 10th Annual Chimpathon 5K and 10K is set to take place on February 1st, 2025, at Save the Chimps in Fort Pierce, Florida. This race is designed for both runners and walkers, providing a unique opportunity to traverse the sanctuary, which is home to over 220 rescued chimpanzees. The event will be chip-timed, ensuring accurate results on a flat and fast course.

Participants can look forward to awards for top finishers, along with a finisher medal, performance shirt, and a goody bag filled with items from sponsors. To facilitate a smooth experience, participants are encouraged to arrive by 7:30 AM, with packet pickup options available prior to race day at designated locations. For race day, packet pickup will occur near the start line before the race begins, emphasizing the importance of early arrival.
