Race Description
The Zanfel Orienteering Race # 3 is set to take place on October 11, 2025, at Waubonsie State Park in Hamburg, Iowa. This outdoor event invites participants to navigate through various checkpoints using maps and provided clues, encouraging both solo and team participation.
Registration fee is $40 per person, which includes a long sleeve shirt, gloves, awards, snacks, and drinks. Participants are expected to check in at the lodge area on the south side of the park at 8:30 AM, with the race starting at 9:00 AM. Competitors will need to complete their course within a four-hour time limit.
