Race Description
The 10th Annual Woodfin 5K is set to take place on Saturday, April 26, 2025, at 9:00 AM, starting from Woodfin Elementary School in Asheville, NC. This event aims to support educational initiatives for children at Woodfin Elementary, and historically, it has raised over $80,000 to help classrooms from Kindergarten through Grade 4 since its inception in 2014.
Participants can register now with entry fees starting at $20 for early registration and children 11 and under can run for free. The Woodfin 5K is organized by the Woodfin Elementary School, with help from community partners including the YMCA of WNC and the Town of Woodfin. Volunteers are also encouraged to join the team for pre-race and race day tasks, enhancing community involvement in this charitable event.
