Race Description
Trivium Racing is set to host the Wolverine State 100, an exciting new ultra running event that will take place from October 11 to October 12, 2025, in Michigan. This race features multiple distances, including a 100-mile, 100-kilometer, and 50-kilometer ultra, along with a relay option for participants in the 100-mile category. The course promises stunning views as it crosses the top of Michigan's lower peninsula from Lake Michigan to Lake Huron, starting in Petoskey and finishing in Alpena.
Participants can expect a diverse range of terrains, including single-track trails and gravel roads, designed to be approachable for first-time ultra runners while still challenging enough for seasoned athletes. The event will provide well-stocked aid stations approximately every 5 to 8 miles and special awards for those completing the 100-mile race in under 24 hours.
