Race Description
The Wisdom Warrior Challenge is making waves as a unique track event designed specifically for senior living communities across the nation. With its roots in a local 5K that began with just 19 seniors, this annual event has grown to attract over 1,000 participants. Notably, the event is offered at no cost to entrants, thanks to the support of generous sponsors, with HCS Healthcare Solutions as the presenting sponsor.
The upcoming event is set to take place on April 10, 2025, at Alamar Senior Living in Wellington, Florida. Participants aged 50 and older can compete in various distances, including a wheelchair division. The event aims not only to promote health and wellness among seniors but also to foster community engagement through participation and sponsorship. Each participant will receive swag bags, t-shirts, and medals, reinforcing the message that age is merely a number.
