Race Description
The Winter Solstice 5K Run/Walk and 1K Kids Fun Run is set to take place on December 21, 2024, at El Dorado Park East in Long Beach, California. This event will feature a scenic loop course surrounded by pine trees and lakes, providing a picturesque setting for participants of all ages.
All finishers will receive a medal, and the first 100 finishers will be presented with a free Christmas tree. Additionally, kids aged 10 and under can participate in the 1K Kids Fun Run for free with a paid adult 5K entry. Registration is currently open for this festive event, and participants should note that there is a parking fee at the venue, which can be paid with cash or credit card.
