Race Description
The Winter Seminar 2025, organized by the Twin City Track Club (TCTC), will take place from January 11 to January 12, 2025, in Winston Salem, NC. This annual event, which has been a staple since 1988, aims to inspire runners through engaging speeches and activities, featuring a renowned keynote speaker and a variety of community-focused events.
The seminar weekend will commence with a range of activities including a meet & greet, community fun run, a shoe demo, and wellness sessions. Attendees can look forward to a book signing event and an empowering speech followed by a Q & A session with the guest speaker. The weekend will conclude with a free yoga session, emphasizing the club's commitment to promoting active lifestyles within the community.
