Race Description
The Winter 2025 Kids Speed & Conditioning program in Cary, hosted by Triangle Run Smart Training and presented by Pace Yourself Run Company and The Running PTs, is set to begin on January 11, 2025. Designed for children aged 8-14, the eight-week course aims to enhance running speed and overall conditioning in a fun and supportive environment.
The program will be held at Davis Drive Park in Apex for the initial seven sessions, before concluding with the final class at Mills Park Middle School track. With a maximum of 40 registrants, the class will take place every Saturday from 4 to 5 PM, at a cost of $65, which includes coached workouts, a training plan, discounts, and educational resources.
