Race Description
The Winter 2025 Advanced Youth Run training in Apex is set to commence on January 7, 2025, and will run for eight weeks until February 25, 2025. This program, organized by Triangle Run Smart Training in collaboration with Pace Yourself Run Company and The Running PTs, is designed for youth aged 10 to 15 who possess prior running experience. Classes will be held once a week at Apex Nature Park and are limited to 30 registrants.
Participants of the program will benefit from a coached workout each week, a season training plan, a discount at Pace Yourself Run Company, educational resources provided by The Running PTs, and a training shirt. The total cost of the program is $75, and it is important to note that there will be no refunds or credits for dropped classes. For those facing financial difficulties, assistance may be available through a donation program.
