Race Description
The City of Pompano Beach is set to host the William F Boynton Memorial 5K Walk/Run on February 8, 2025, at 7:00 a.m. This annual event honors the legacy of William F. Boynton, a dedicated teacher and coach at Blanche Ely High School, contributing to the community through sports and education.
Participants will race a certified course that spans 3.1 miles, featuring an out-and-back design with minimal turns. The staging area will be located at E Pat Larkin Community Center, and proceeds from the event will support local youth in athletics. Registration is currently open, with early bird fees set at $25 and $30 on race day, while children under 17 can participate for free.
