Race Description
The White Pine Thaw Marathon Relay is set to take place on Sunday, March 9, 2025, starting in Comstock Park, Michigan. This annual event occurs on the second Sunday of March, where teams of runners compete in a relay covering a total distance of 13.1 miles along the Fred Meijer White Pine Trail.
Competitors will tackle different legs of the relay, starting from Comstock Park heading north to Russel Road before returning to the starting point. The event is well-supported with facilities available approximately every four miles, and the course features minimal traffic intersections as it is routinely maintained by the Friends of The White Pine Trail.
