Race Description
The Carolina Venom Baseball organization is set to host its inaugural Venom Baseball Home Run 5K and 1 Mile event on February 22, 2025, at the Anderson Sports and Entertainment Center in Anderson, South Carolina. This family-friendly race welcomes participants of all skill levels, offering both a competitive 5K run and a fun one-mile option, with strollers and dogs permitted.
Participants are encouraged to register early to take advantage of lower fees, with the 5K priced at $30 until February 14, 2025. After this date, fees will increase to $35 for the 5K and $15 for the 1 Mile Fun Run. Medals will be awarded to the top three finishers in various age categories for the 5K. The event is rain or shine, although cancellation may occur in severe weather conditions, with registrations considered donations if canceled.
