Race Description
The Utah Run for CDH is set to return on May 17, 2025, in Pleasant Grove, Utah. This race, oriented towards both seasoned runners and beginners, aims to raise awareness for Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia (CDH) with the participation of families and friends.
Participants can look forward to a fast and flat out-and-back course nestled at the base of the scenic Wasatch mountains. Registration includes features like electronic timing, a race shirt, and a finisher's medal, with awards for overall winners and age division prizes given at the conclusion of the event.
