Race Description
The Turkey Trot 5K is set to take place on Thanksgiving morning, November 28, 2024, in Downtown Beaufort, South Carolina. Starting at 8 AM from the intersection of Bay and Newcastle streets, the event promises participants a scenic run through historic downtown and across the iconic Woods Memorial Bridge, following a certified 5K course.
Online registration is currently open, with in-person registration available during the packet pickup on November 27. The event supports Habitat for Humanity of the Lowcountry, aiming to build affordable housing in Beaufort. Participants can expect age category prizes and a family-friendly atmosphere, with pets and strollers permitted under specified leash requirements.
