Race Description
The inaugural True to the Brew 5K event will take place on March 1, 2025, in downtown Columbia, SC. This new addition to the Palmetto Trail Race Series promises to provide participants a scenic urban trail experience along the Capital City Passage, catering to both runners and walkers of all ages.
The event, which supports the expansion and maintenance of the Palmetto Trail, offers a festive finish line celebration featuring live music, free beer from Craft & Draft, and a cookout. Participants are encouraged to bring their families, as the event is open to all ages, and dogs on leashes are welcome. Registration is currently open via the race's official website.
