Race Description
The TRI Mountain Lake event is set to take place on Saturday, July 19, 2025, at 8:00 AM in Liberty Township, New Jersey. This sprint triathlon features a 1/4 mile swim, a challenging 15-mile bike ride, and a 3-mile run, offering participants a chance to experience the scenic beauty of Mountain Lake.
Racers can participate individually or form relay teams of two or three. In addition to the triathlon, the day will feature a separate 3-mile run that follows the same route as the triathlon run. This event is described as 'the hidden gem' of triathlons in New Jersey, with its picturesque location and exciting challenges.
