Race Description
The Fort Gibson American Legion and Trail of Honor Flags proudly announce the 5th Annual Trail of Honor Memorial Run, which will take place on May 24, 2025, in Fort Gibson, Oklahoma. This family-friendly event includes a 5k race and a Fun Run, aiming to honor past and present military service members with a procession of flags along the route.
Participants will have the option to carry flags during the race, enhancing the memorial experience. Race officials are hopeful to increase the number of participants to 500 this year, as they work towards establishing a permanent display of flags. Registration is currently open, with early bird pricing available until July 4, 2024.
