Race Description
The Three Creeks Torrent Trail Runs, hosted by the Columbia Track Club, will take place on March 22, 2025, at the Three Creeks Conservation Area in Columbia, Missouri. This event features a unique course that includes a 10-mile loop with substantial elevation gain and multiple creek crossings, promising an exciting challenge for participants.
Runners will have the option to compete in distances of 10, 20, or 30 miles, with specific start times for each category. The race aims to promote outdoor activity while honoring the historic significance of the land, previously homesteaded by freed slaves. Participants are required to bring their own hydration systems as the event is cup-free.
