Race Description
The Great Root Trail Race is set to take place on March 8, 2025, at the scenic Big Cedar Wilderness Trails in Dallas, Texas. This inaugural event, presented by Love Never Ends, invites runners of all levels to experience a challenging yet rewarding course that spans approximately 11.2 miles through diverse terrain, offering stunning views of iconic landmarks in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
Participants will navigate multiple trails known for their technical elements and natural obstacles. The race encourages involvement from the community, providing special t-shirts and medals for runners and challenge coins for Ruckers. With the aim of promoting the Great Root Movement, the event promises not only a physical challenge but also an opportunity to embrace the beauty of nature and contribute to a worthwhile cause.
