Race Description
The Great Ferry Race, scheduled for June 8, 2025, is set to take participants on a unique journey starting in downtown Seattle. Runners will board a ferry for a scenic 35-minute ride to Bainbridge Island, where they will disembark and tackle a picturesque half marathon mostly composed of roads and groomed trails.
This race features a hilly course, with about one-third of it on trails, making it suitable for runners with basic trail running skills. Special pricing is available for participants under 18 and over 65, as well as residents of Bainbridge Island. For those interested in more races from Orca Running, bundle options are offered.
