Race Description
The 2025 Fort Wayne Running Club Celebration and Fitness Expo is set to take place on February 2, 2025, at the Parkview Mirro Center in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Featuring keynote speaker Dakotah Marie Lindwurm, who achieved 12th place in the 2024 Olympic Marathon in Paris, this annual event promises a day filled with activities including a fitness expo and opportunities for social interaction.
The celebration will start at 3 PM with a series of engaging activities including autographs with Dakotah, a dinner, and recognition of outstanding members and high school distance athletes. Additional highlights include a 5 km public run/walk on February 1 and Dakotah's presentation focusing on her athletic journey and inspirations. Registration is currently open for participants eager to join the festivities.
