Race Description
The Fools Run 5K & 10K is set to take place on April 5, 2025, at Margaritaville Beach Resort in South Padre Island, Texas. This fun-filled event encourages participants to dress in their silliest costumes as they run or walk the scenic beach course. A significant portion of the proceeds will benefit Walk for Women, Inc., a non-profit organization that supports women battling breast cancer in the lower Rio Grande Valley.
On April 4, participants can enjoy a Wellness Fair, packet pickup, and a Music & Margaritas Mixer at the resort. The event will feature awards for top competitors, including finisher medals for all participants. Runners and walkers alike can enjoy hydration stations along the course, along with post-race festivities including a pool party and complimentary massages. Early registration is recommended to secure a t-shirt, as supplies are limited.
