Race Description
The Firefly Overnight Endurance Challenge and 10k Trail Race will take place on June 28-29, 2025, at Alum Creek State Park in Lewis Center, Ohio. This unique overnight racing experience combines the excitement of running under the stars with the challenge of a 12-hour endurance race, inviting participants to take on a looped trail that is designed and maintained by runners for runners.
Participants can expect a variety of races including a Sunset 10k, a Sunrise 10k, and a free Kids Mile run. The event begins at 8 PM on Saturday and ends at 8 AM on Sunday morning, with all races happening in a secure and festive environment, encouraging supportive family and community involvement. Headlamps and reflective gear are required to ensure safety during the nighttime event.
