Race Description
The Blue Move, the 8th Annual 5K and 1 Mile race, is set to take place in Sioux Falls, SD at Fawick Park, attracting participants who are eager to support the fight against colorectal cancer. Scheduled for August 9, 2025, this event promises to educate runners with facts about the disease every half mile, culminating in a unique finish through an inflatable colon.
Participants can enjoy additional perks such as T-shirts and swag bags for the first 50 entrants, alongside various prizes for top male and female runners, as well as special categories like the 'Most BLUE Participant.' Children under 10 can join for free, although Youth Small T-Shirts are available for purchase. Proceeds from the event will aid in funding colonoscopies for underserved patients at Falls Community Health.
