Race Description
On March 29, 2025, runners are invited to participate in The Battle of Kelly's Ford, an exciting cross country race set at the scenic Kelly's Ford Inn in Remington, Virginia. The race features a 2Km loop course predominantly made up of close-cut grass and smooth trails, alongside the picturesque Rappahannock River.
Participants will compete in two categories: Women will run 3 laps for a total of 6Km, while men will tackle 4 laps for 8Km. The event includes individual awards across various age and sex groups, as well as a team competition by county. Notably, children 17 and under can race for just $10, and proceeds will support the Inn's reopening efforts after a period of closure.
