Race Description
The 2025 Big Cross Frozen Tundra race is set to take place on January 25, 2025, in Pasco, Washington. This wintertime event features two race options: a 2.5 Mile Run/Walk and a new 5 Mile Run, with both races commencing at 9:30 AM. Participants are encouraged to represent their high school crossing country and track teams by forming teams and wearing unique uniforms, promoting camaraderie and school spirit throughout the event.
Currently, registration is open for both races, which will accommodate up to 120 participants each. Attendees can enjoy the scenic woodchip, dirt, and gravel trails at Big Cross. Volunteers are needed, and there will be designated spectator areas to ensure everyone can enjoy the races while maintaining safety protocols. Additionally, participants will receive race logo socks as part of their registration, enhancing the memorable experience of this unique winter race.
