Race Description
The 12th Annual Texas Canyon Trail Run is set to take place on March 22, 2025, at the Amerind Museum in Dragoon, Arizona. Participants can choose between scenic 5K and 10K courses that meander through the stunning landscapes of Texas Canyon, known for its dramatic rock formations and diverse vegetation. The event promotes understanding of Native Peoples of the Americas while offering a unique cultural experience.
In addition to the race's natural beauty, attendees will enjoy a performance by the No:lic Traditional Singers and Dancers from the Tohono O'odham Nation. They will celebrate the event by singing traditional O'odham songs to encourage runners along the course. Post-race festivities include an awards ceremony and complimentary entry into the Amerind Museum, allowing participants to explore its exhibits and enjoy food from local vendors.
