Race Description
The Swamp Forest Trail Run is set to take place on Saturday, January 4, 2025, starting at 8:00 AM at Elinor Klapp-Phipps Park in Tallahassee, Florida. This annual event invites runners to select from different race formats, including a Quarter Marathon (6.8 miles), a Half Marathon (13.6 miles), or a 20-Mile Challenge (20.4 miles).
Registration for the event opens on October 1, 2024, and participants are advised to sign up early as the event is limited to 150 runners. The course features scenic rolling terrain with a mix of single-track and multi-use trails, allowing runners to experience the beautiful natural landscape of the park. The event is not only a test of endurance but also a celebration of the outdoors, with a cut-off time of 1:00 PM, giving runners five hours to complete the challenge.
