Race Description
The SunSmart 5K 2024 is set to take place on Saturday, December 14th, 2024, at 8:00 am at Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park in Key Biscayne, Florida. This year’s event includes a 5K walk/run, a kids dash, and offers participants free skin cancer screenings, aiming to promote awareness and education about skin cancer prevention and resources available in the community.
Participants will enjoy the scenic views of the park while helping to raise funds for skin cancer research and awareness. The event encourages community involvement and offers attractions including complimentary race t-shirts, medals, and a post-race breakfast.
