Race Description
The 4th Annual Summer Sendoff 5K Run & 1 Mile Walk is set to take place on Saturday, August 16, 2025, in Chester Springs, PA. This family-friendly event will be hosted at Pickering Valley Elementary School and Eagle Crossroads Park, featuring a scenic 5K course known as the 'Byers Loop.' The event aims to cater to participants of all ages and ability levels, highlighting both young runners and local elite athletes.
Participants can look forward to receiving a 2025 Summer Sendoff T-shirt, cash prizes for the top overall male and female finishers, medals for the top three finishers in each age group, and exciting raffle baskets. The event, which emphasizes community engagement and support for local non-profits, will also feature a 1 Mile Walk filled with games. Registration opens on April 1, 2025, at a fee of $30.
