Race Description
The Squirrel Hill Loopy Loppet is set to take place on March 1, 2025, at the scenic Minocqua Winter Park in Wisconsin. This popular annual race celebrates the end of the ski season and invites participants to embrace the fun spirit of the event by sporting costumes during the race. Skiers can choose from various trails known for their excellent snow conditions late in the winter season, including Base Loop and Tornado Alley.
Racers have the option to select between skate or classic techniques, with two main distances available: a single 6km loop or a two-loop 12km race. Awards will be presented to overall winners as well as the top three finishers in each age category, encouraging a competitive yet festive atmosphere.
