Race Description
The annual Spring Dash is set to take place on April 26, 2025, in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. This event, which has been part of the region's running culture since 1982, serves as a fundraiser for the United Way of North Idaho, emphasizing community involvement and support.
Participants can choose from scenic USATF certified courses in the 5K, 10K, and half marathon distances. The event will feature personalized race bibs, custom finisher medals, and various post-race amenities, including food and live GPS tracking for runners. Discounts are available for youth participants and eco-friendly options.
