Race Description
The Sonic Endurance Lake Placid Camp is set to take place from June 19 to June 22, 2025, at the iconic Lake Placid, NY, a site renowned for hosting the 1932 and 1980 Winter Olympics. This camp offers athletes the opportunity to train on the race course multiple times, gain insights from experienced coaches, and prepare effectively for upcoming triathlon events.
Participants can expect a fully supported training weekend that includes mechanical and SAG support, nutritional assistance, and group coaching sessions in swimming, biking, and running. Shared accommodations are provided in lodge-style housing close to the bike course, ensuring a comprehensive training experience in the breathtaking backdrop of the High Peaks.
