Race Description
The Soles4Vets Memorial 5k Race/Walk is set to take place on Saturday, May 31, 2025, at Granger Meadows Park in Lansing, Michigan. This annual event encourages participation from all ability levels in a bid to raise funds for new footwear for veterans in need or experiencing homelessness across the Great Lakes States.
Registration for the race is currently closed, but the pricing prior to the deadline was $30, with a guarantee of a t-shirt for those who registered by May 26. On the day of the race, participants will receive medals, with additional awards for overall winners as well as youth competitors. The event honors those veterans who have served the country and focuses on community engagement and support for veterans' needs.
