Race Description
The Shivery Icy Trail Run (ShITR) is set to take place on January 12, 2025, at Creve Coeur Park in Saint Louis, MO. Participants can choose from multiple distances including a 1 mile, 5k, 10k, or a half marathon, allowing runners of all experience levels to join the frost-themed adventure. The courses are designed to showcase the scenic beauty of the park as they wind around Mallard Lake, combining paved paths and gentle trails.
In addition to the invigorating run, finishers will receive a cozy winter hat and have the opportunity to enjoy hot drinks and live music at the finish line to create a festive atmosphere. A portion of the event's proceeds will benefit the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation - Mid-America Chapter, emphasizing the charitable aspect of this winter race.
