Race Description
The Sherman Lake YMCA Aqua Dash is set to return on March 16, 2025, featuring a unique format that combines swimming and running. Participants will start with a 20-minute swim in the indoor pool, followed by a 20-minute run on treadmills, all conducted in a supportive wave format.
The event, ideal for both seasoned triathletes and newcomers to multi-sport competitions, will take place at the Sherman Lake YMCA Outdoor Center in Augusta, MI. After racing, competitors can enjoy a pancake breakfast and participate in the awards ceremony, fostering a community atmosphere post-race.
