Race Description
The Fourth Annual Shell Ring Beer Mile is set to take place on Saturday, January 11, 2025, at the Shell Ring Brewery in Port Royal, SC. This unique running event combines beer consumption with running, where participants will drink four beers and run around the brewery, completing a total of one mile. Entry includes a t-shirt and participation is limited to 125 runners, ensuring an intimate and engaging atmosphere.
The event not only promises fun but also aims to support a good cause, with 100% of the proceeds going to the Child Abuse Prevention Association (CAPA). Participants must be 21 years or older to join, and registration is currently open. The race will commence at 2:00 PM after a mandatory check-in process that starts at 1:00 PM, requiring all entrants to present valid identification.
