Race Description
The Sheetz-to-Sheetz Trail Run is an untimed, 14-mile point-to-point race taking place in rural King George, Virginia. Starting at a Sheetz convenience store, the race meanders through picturesque farmland and forests, finishing at another Sheetz location in Dahlgren. Participants will enjoy the largely secluded Dahlgren Railroad Heritage Trail, a remarkable rails-to-trails project.
As an added bonus, the event features fun aid stations with an array of unexpected treats such as pie, s'mores, and hot cider. Runners can look forward to unique awards for top finishers and a chance to earn useful swag, including an insulated travel mug filled with Sheetz Bros. coffee. Proceeds from the race will support local children in need through Sheetz for the Kidz charity.
