Race Description
The third annual 'Share The Road, Remembering Raymond Butler' 5k run/walk will take place on May 31, 2025, in Eclectic, Alabama. The event is set to begin promptly at 7:45 a.m. CST, with both the start and finish lines located in front of Elmore County High School. This race aims to honor the memory of Raymond Butler, a passionate athlete whose life was tragically cut short in 2022.
Participants are encouraged to register early, as the early bird entry fee is $30, which includes a commemorative T-shirt guaranteed for those who sign up before May 23, 2025. Proceeds from the race will be used to install more 'Share The Road' signs, promoting safer road-sharing practices among cyclists and motorists alike.
