Race Description
The 26th Saratoga Winterfest is set to take place on Sunday, February 2, 2025, at Saratoga Spa State Park in Saratoga Springs, NY. This year, the event highlights a 5K snowshoe race welcoming both hikers and runners. The race will commence at 11:00 AM, following a registration period from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM outside the Administration Building.
Participants will use snowshoes with a functional surface area of at least 120 square inches, with rentals available for a fee on the day of the event. The race will proceed unless snow conditions are inadequate, in which case a traditional trail race might occur.
