Race Description
The Sandy Sprint, hosted by the Sandy Rollman Ovarian Cancer Foundation, is scheduled to take place on February 23, 2025, with registration currently open. This family-friendly event aims to raise awareness about ovarian cancer and generate funds for supporting research initiatives.
Participants can join either a 5K run or a 5K walk, starting from Charnow Park on Hollywood Beach. The course is designed as a flat and fast out-and-back route along the scenic Hollywood Beach Broadwalk, providing a beautiful backdrop for this charitable event. Additional activities include a Survivor Ceremony and more events to support the cause.
