Race Description
The RunSBY Events are set to celebrate their seventh year with a series of races including the Salisbury Marathon, Half Marathon, and 5k on April 5, 2025. Runners from all over are invited to join in a flat and fast course known for its high Boston Marathon qualifying percentage. Participants will have the option to switch from the marathon to the half marathon within the first 10.8 miles if they choose.
Registration for the 2024 event is currently open, and runners are reminded that packet pickup will not be available on race day. Instead, packets can be picked up at the Wicomico Youth & Civic Center on April 3 and April 4, 2025. All races have a pace requirement of 16 minutes per mile, with the marathon needing to be completed in 7 hours and the half marathon in 3.5 hours.
