Race Description
The Reston Runners will host the 12th annual Run Thru Reston Half Marathon & 5K on April 27, 2025. The event is set to begin at 7:30 AM at South Lakes High School, featuring a racecourse with picturesque rolling hills and well-marked paths. Participants can expect enthusiastic support from volunteers throughout the course.
This year, runners can choose between a Half Marathon and a 5K event, making it suitable for both serious athletes and families. Registration is currently open, with various entry fee tiers based on date, and participants are encouraged to register before April 1, 2025, to ensure they receive a race shirt. Awards will be presented to the top finishers in various categories, and a post-race feast will be provided for all participants.
