Race Description
Run For You - Run Fit is gearing up for its annual 8-week running training program designed for both beginner and intermediate runners. The program will help participants build a solid foundation for a 5K distance. Training sessions will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6 PM at the Run For Your Life locations in Piper Glen and University, encouraging runners of similar ability and pace to join together. Sessions begin on January 7, 2025, and run through February 27, 2025, with experienced coaches guiding the way.
This program not only welcomes seasoned runners but also aims to introduce walkers to the joy of running through structured run/walk intervals. With registration now open, new members can join for $85 while returning members benefit from a reduced fee of $80.
